We conducted a baseline study and developed a framework plan for revitalization of the walled city. Presented a systematic approach to identifying the city’s challenges in managing growth and achieving economic vibrancy.

Our team identified three broad categories of actions the city could take—governance, planning, and physical upgrading and development— and mapped out an approach revitalize the city. In addition, we engaged the community through a 2-day charrette.
