We conducted an in-depth diagnostics of the city and completed a situation analysis of the economy, growth, and structural features. In addition, we developed maps of climate risks and vulnerabilities based on spatial and socio-economic analysis.

Our team analyzed the planning framework to understand factors related to the provision of public goods, levels of access, and geographic distribution of services and industries. We conducted data collection, facilitated workshops and surveyed residents and businesses.
