The East Midtown Waterfront project is part of a grand vision to “close the loop” of the Manhattan Waterfront Greenway, providing New Yorkers with continuous waterfront open space. The project fills a major gap between East 38th and East 61st Streets along the East River.

As project manager, Cali led the visioning and stakeholder engagement process, managed a team of landscape architects and engineering consultants. She successfully received needed approvals and funds to go toward implements. She negotiated agreements with the United Nations Development Corporation and other owners.

* This project was completed while Cali was employed at NYCEDC; design by Stantec
