Hunter’s Point South is a vibrant and sustainable mixed-use community and waterfront park in NYC.

As project manager, Cali supported the master planning effort and transformation of the 11-acre abandoned post—industrial landscape into one of the most soft-after neighborhoods.

She led the Percent for Art project, which resulted in permanent sculptures. In addition, she negotiated maintenance agreements with developers for the open space.

* This project was completed while Cali was employed at NYCEDC; rendering created by Beyer, Blinder & Belle
