The Suburban Rail Loop is a city shaping project that will create a new 90-kilometre rail line to connect the middle suburbs of Melbourne to the airport.

Kyanite Partners participated in site visits at the future rail line and transit stations in Melbourne. We advised senior officials on the governance and communications strategy, facilitated interviews, focus groups and workshops.

Our work integrated lessons learned from major infrastructure projects in NYC and resulted in strategies included in the business case report.
